Jefferies Wraps Up BRCA 1:12 Stock 10.5 Title

Only weeks after securing the BRCA 1:12 Modified title Olly Jefferies added the 1:12 Stock 10.5 title to his winter haul after taking another dominant win at the Chesterfield National. Olly went in to the event leading the Stock 10.5 class with David Spashett the only driver who could beat him to the title. A good clean last qualifying run gave Olly the pole for the A final.

In the final, Olly drove conservatively, making sure he held off the chasing pack. The wise strategy allowed him to take the win ahead of David Spashett and Mark Stiles. The great result secured a second National title for Olly and his Reedy-powered 12R5.1.

On Sunday the Modified class took center stage. Having already won the Championship there was no real pressure on Olly, but from the start he was quick and setting the pace in practice. Heading into the last round, Olly found himself fourth. But a clean quick run in the final round saw him take TQ. Out of the twelve events that make up the BRCA National series Olly has TQ'ed eleven of them. Impressive!

In a repeat of Saturday's results, Olly won the A final ahead of David Spashett. Capping off an impressive comeback weekend, Craig Drescher rounded out the podium in third.

With two national titles under his belt, Olly has proved once again that Reedy LiPo batteries, Reedy Sonic 540 motors, and Associated's 12R5.1 is the package to have. It was a dominant winter campaign for Olly and he got the upmost from his car and equipment. Congratulations!
